EXCHANGE POLICY
In order to make an exchange, the following points must be taken into account:
- The product must be in perfect condition, new, unopened, unused, with all its original packaging, parts, accessories, complete manuals and labels attached to it.
- If the exchange is not for warranty issues, the request must be made within thirty (30) calendar days after the customer receives the product.
- The customer must present the original purchase invoice to prove that the product was purchased at Paki & Lulu.
- No exchanges are made for garments with any type of arrangement or underwear, swimwear, beauty products, personal care, mattresses or special orders, understood as those that have been customized, are "custom made" or made to measure or Animositos.
- In the case of products that require assembly, either by the customer or by a technician indicated by the brand, the exchange can only be made effective if the product has not been unpacked and is kept in its original packaging.
How to make an exchange
- The customer must bring the invoice or equivalent document proving that the product was purchased at Paki & Lulu and the product in the conditions described above, to Paki & Lulu offices or by writing to the following email: info@pakiandlulu.com
- The customer must choose products with equal, higher or lower value than the original paid, the exchange will be subject to availability in inventory. If the value of the product is higher than the value previously paid, the customer must cover the excess. If the value of the new product is less than the value previously paid, Paki & Lulu will issue a voucher for the balance in favor of the customer to be used later in any purchase at Paki & Lulu.
- The customer must pay the full value of the freight for the return of the product, unless it is a case of legal guarantee. In case of return of the product, the customer must pay the cost of withdrawal, which has the same rate that was paid at the time of purchase.
RETURN POLICY
If the purchase has been made in non-face-to-face means, such as Paki & Lulu's website, sale by Instagram or telephone sale, it is subject to the Right of Retraction contemplated in the Consumer Statute which states that the customer may request a refund of the full amount paid upon return of the product received, provided that it is in perfect condition, within a period of five (5) business days following delivery of the product.
CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The claim must be made within five (5) business days after delivery of the product.
- The product must be in perfect condition, new, unopened, unused, with all its original packaging, parts, accessories, complete manuals and labels attached to it.
- The customer must present the original purchase invoice or the document that proves that the product was purchased at Paki & Lulu.
- Transportation costs and other costs involved in the return of the goods will be covered by the customer in cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised.
- No exchanges are made for garments with any type of repair, underwear, swimwear, beauty products, personal care, mattresses or special orders, understood as those that have been customized, are "custom made" or made to measure or Animositos.
- In the case of products that require assembly, either by the customer or by a technician indicated by the brand, the right of withdrawal will only be effective if the product has not been unpacked and is kept in its original packaging.
- The refund will be made no later than thirty (30) days after the return of the product, in accordance with the processes of reversal of payment contained in the Consumer Protection Statute.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
- The customer must bring the invoice or equivalent document and the product to any of the Paki & Luku offices or write to the following e-mail address: info@pakiandlulu.com.
- The refund will be made to the same means of payment used at the time of purchase within 30 days after the return of the product. The customer must pay the value of the freight for the return of the product. In case of return of the product, the customer must pay the cost of withdrawal, which has the same rate that was paid at the time of purchase.
